Fanboy

I started to do a little research about the newest console from the Nintendo camp, by taking a ride to my local EB store and found out that they new very little about the console other than when it would be released and how much it would cost. To be fair thou, there is another EB store in the local galleria here and if I get the time, I will go there to find out what they might know….but in the meantime I decided to go to the source…

First, don’t expect to find any Bluray stuff here.

Nintendo has again decided to forgo their system being the be all and end all entertainment system. This is just going to be a gaming machine, plain and simple. Nothing wrong with that.

But I do have to take issue with their idea about a controller. After looking at the controller and some of the news reports as of late about these controllers flying into tvs all over the place, I have to wonder if the big N has a death wish? Give me a regular hand held controller anyday.

While I commend nintendo for wanting to inovate and give the gamers a more in depth gaming expeirence, if the trend of flying controllers continue, can it be long before someone decides to bring a lawsuit against Nintendo?

I guess time will tell.
